Literally shop anywhere else
Their customer support is basically nonexistent. They sell defective products and take forever to ship and when you try to get it fixed they simply do not care. Awful experience
The worst customer service I ever had in my life!
I purchased a beginner analog fpv drone and some other small items in November 2020 and a few days later, I changed my mind. I wanted to start my fpv journey with the DJI digital system so I asked for a refund in order to purchase the DJI system. At that time, they already sent the package to France so I waited for delivery and I sent it back to the address they gave me.
2 months later, in January 2021 the package returned back to me in France. When I checked the delivery status it seems like GetFPV did not answer when they delivered the package and because GetFPV did not provide a phone number or a contact name for the delivery person to call in such cases, the delivery company returned it back to France. Now, GetFPV customer service is like "Is not our fault, it's your problem".
After 2 months, I'm left with this analog fpv drone I don't need, and I lost my money, my time, and my energy for nothing. I will never order again from this terrible company! Such a waste

Worst customer service I've ever had. They truly do no care at all on multiple levels. All forms of contact are either useless or a complete joke. I got scammed into paying return shipping on an item that shouldn't have been sent to me.
EDIT: They are now just ignoring my emails and leaving me stranded with no method of returning the item I purchased. I've filed a dispute with my bank since they are not following up on their duties.
I order from Getfpv all the time. I recently ordered a RTF bundlle(w/goggles). The quad would not arm, I had to change settings in order for it to work. I have contacted them several times with no response. I just spent well over $1000 on a RTF and it wouldn't fly. I have never had an issue with Getfpv in the past, but the this is unacceptable. If I knew nothing about quads, I would have spent all that on a "READY TO FLY" only to have it sitting there for almost a week, with no response from the seller. I will never buy from Getfpv again.

I ordered the Iflight Bumblebee HD V2 on the 24th and it arrived on the 26th, in the Netherlands!
And I just ordered the DJI FPV Goggles V2 a few days ago, I know it's backordered so I'll have to wait a while. Hopefully it will arrive soon :D

I used to really like GetFPV, but on my last order which was last night at 8pm, I placed an order for about $150.
At about 11:30pm I looked at my invoice and realized I forgot two batteries.
I ordered the two batteries and asked to combine with my earlier order.
At 6am, I get an email from them "We apologize for any inconvenience but we are unable to combine orders for shipping as we pack and ship very quickly, and our systems are not set up for order combination."
It's Saturday, they aren't open, they aren't open on Sunday either. How have you packed up my order in the middle of the night on a day you aren't open?
So, I asked if I need to cancel both orders and reorder so I don't have to pay double shipping and this is the response I got: "The order ending in 8916 was packed up yesterday and the other is still processing. I cannot cancel the packed up order. Would you like to cancel the other? Our system does not allow us to combine orders. I apologize for the inconvenience."
So, they packed up the 8pm order Saturday night but not the 11:30pm Order, and I can only cancel my second order.
This is Sunday, nothing has shipped, no tracking number, and you are telling me you can do nothing for me.
You say you can't even cancel the order and it hasn't left your warehouse.
Sorry GetFPV, this will probably be my last time ordering from you.
Ordered $1,000+ of gear with paypal at check out. After the money had been processed I had still received no email or purchase order on their website portal a week later. Luckly I called and after a 15 minute wait on hold calling their support line. They told me to cancel it and reorder it as they are having an issue with paypal. I told them NO THANKS. and they wasted a week of my time and to reach out if they need a real web developer. Buyer beware.
I ordered over 165.00 worth of products in early July for my son's birthday and because 1 of the 7/8 items was backordered, they would not ship. I asked them when it was due in, they couldn't tell me because they said ship from China and once it leaves they have no idea how to track inventory. I waited and waited and my son's birthday came and went and I asked about it and still no info as they can't track their own inventory. Finally two months later, after still waiting, I asked to cancel the one item and to ship to a new address as I'm no longer at the address I was at during the summer. They sent it to the summer address and now it can't be found. It could have been stolen as I didn't check to look for it there as I asked it to be shipped else where.
All they are offering me is 20% REFUND. I feel like this company is a scam as they won't even give me tracking info on my order or place a claim with the shipper. Also, their customer service is awful. They don't answer the phone and refuse to talk to anyone on the phone even though I've asked them a number of times to contact me via phone.
Buyer beware! I hope they go out of business. I just feel bad for my son who was really hoping for these parts for so long to build his drone.
GetFPV is an awesome store with really great customer service. From my experience, I have to say that they really stand behind their products, and should you run into issues they do a commendable job of helping you out and making things right. They have definitely won my continued business as a freshman to the FPV hobby. Thanks GetFPV!
Good looking website and great products, the problem is that I tried 3 bank cards to pay and none of them worked (the 3 of them work just fine on other websites). Since I'm in France I contacted supports and the only answer I got that this was a fraud detection issue and to try another payment method. So I bought my products elsewhere.. too bad
So, I've been a customer of GETFPV since 2012 and that should tell you something. I took a break from the hobby for a few years but now I'm back and I am completely shocked at what has changed since I moved away from the hobby a few of years back.
FIVE orders in the past 5 weeks from me. Most were okay but one had an issue with the hardware and one has gone MIA and is allegedly in "Return to Sender" mode via UPS.
So what? Not their fault ... I agree. It was their response to both situations that has me wishing I found this site before tonight.
GetFPV wouldn't honor the hardware issue - threw it over the fence to the manufacturer who provided an even weaker reply than the GETFPV reply. I couldn't fly because I needed batteries and the weather was bad so I was outside of their BNF window. Okay ... fine. GETFPV didn't even bother to respond on the 2nd reply.
Regarding the shipment that has been en-route for a over a week and is now showing as "RETURN TO SENDER". This is an item that is out of stock everywhere, an item for which I had ordered the radio, receiver, and 4s batteries that they recommended.
When I asked what the next steps were, they said "once we get it back, we will process a refund OR you can BUY IT AGAIN NOW or when it returns". Really? It is out of stock, a very popular item, and I happened to grab the last one.
I have already paid for it. You are NOT Amazon with a 2 million square foot warehouse to lose things in.
I replied, nicely, with a request to simply ship it to me again. I even offered to pay for priority mail. IGNORED. NO REPLY from them at all.
Why in the world would I put out ANOTHER $211 for an item I already paid for? You have to be kidding me.... I understand policies but I do not understand terrible customer service. Their inability to even offer the slightest amount of help will, and has, shifted my money to another vendor that actually seems to care about my experience.
Sorry GETFPV - you've gone the way of the far too many formerly awesome companies. You've lost your way. You've lost your connection to your customers. And finally, you've lost my business forever.
If you enjoy sending your hard-earned cash to a business that has zero interest in you - then by all means, keep spending. I refuse.
